Are you the official NOW Foods distributor for Cyprus?
Yes. We are the authorised NOW Foods distributor for Cyprus, and our stock comes through the official supply channel. That means what you buy from us is genuine, traceable and stored correctly from arrival to counter.
Where exactly are you, and when are you open?
We are at 23 Spetson Street, Mesa Geitonia, Limassol 4000. We open 9:30–13:30 and 15:00–18:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 9:30–13:30 on Wednesday and Saturday; and we are closed on Sunday. Full details and a map are on the Visit Us page.
Do you sell brands other than NOW Foods?
Our store is built around the NOW Foods range, which is what we are the official distributor for. If you are looking for something specific, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Do you have an online shop?
Not on this website yet — but you can order our full range online through Wolt, which delivers in the Limassol area. For anywhere else in Cyprus, call us on +357 25 260080 and we will send it by ACS courier.
Products & availability
Do you really stock the whole NOW range?
If a NOW product is available in Cyprus, it is on our shelves. The global NOW catalogue runs to well over a thousand products and not every one is released in every market, but what reaches Cyprus, we carry — including the specialised lines that are hard to find elsewhere on the island.
I cannot find a product on your website. Does that mean you do not have it?
No. The Our Range page describes the categories we carry rather than listing every individual product. Call us and we will check the shelf while you are on the phone.
Are NOW products tested?
Yes, and unusually thoroughly. NOW runs its own analytical laboratories and tests raw materials and finished products in-house for identity, potency and purity, on top of GMP-certified manufacturing. There is a full explanation on the Quality & Testing page.
Do you have vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Plenty. NOW labels dietary suitability clearly on the bottle, and a large part of the range is Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan or vegetarian, and gluten-free. Ask in store and we will point you to the right shelf.
Ordering & delivery
Can I order from you on Wolt?
Yes. Our full range is listed on Wolt and it is how a lot of our customers order. Minimum order is €15 and Wolt delivers in the Limassol area. Outside Limassol, call us instead and we will courier it to you.
How do I place an order if I cannot come to the store?
Call +357 25 260080 during opening hours. Tell us what you need, we will confirm availability and the total while you are on the line, and arrange delivery to your address.
Do you deliver outside Limassol?
Yes — anywhere in Cyprus. We send orders by ACS courier to Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta, including smaller towns and villages.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Delivery is handled by ACS and the cost depends on the size and destination of your order. We will confirm the exact charge and expected timing when you call, before anything is dispatched.
Can I message you on WhatsApp or Viber?
Not on our store number — it is a landline and takes voice calls only. For anything in writing, email info@nowfoods.com.cy or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
Can you put something aside for me to collect?
Yes. Call ahead, tell us what you want, and we will have it ready at the counter when you arrive.
Advice
Is the dietitian consultation really free?
Yes. Our in-store dietitian is there to help you choose sensibly, at no charge and with no appointment needed. Come during opening hours and ask at the counter.
What should I bring if I want advice?
Bring whatever you are already taking — the actual bottles are ideal — along with any note or list your doctor has given you. It makes it far easier to spot overlaps and gaps.
Can you tell me what to take for a medical condition?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who did. Our dietitian gives general nutritional guidance about supplements, which is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new.
