Who we are
NOW Supplements Store is the official NOW Foods distributor for Cyprus. You will find us at 23 Spetson Street, Mesa Geitonia, Limassol 4000, Cyprus.

What we collect
This is a brochure website. There is no online shop, no customer accounts and no logins, so there is nothing to register for and no payment details ever pass through it.
We collect personal information in one place only: the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message. Those details are emailed to our info@nowfoods.com.cy inbox so that we can reply to you. They are not stored in a database on this website, and they are not used for marketing.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of running and securing the site.
We do not use website analytics, we do not run advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors or personalise what you see.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser.
This site sets one cookie of its own. It is called cookieadmin_consent and it records the choice you make on the cookie banner, so that you are not asked again on every page. It lasts one year, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
If you use the map on the Visit Us page, Google may set cookies of its own. See the next section.
Third-party services
Two things on this site are served by Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site are loaded from Google’s servers.
- Google Maps — the map on the Visit Us page is embedded from Google.
We also link out to Wolt, Facebook and Instagram. Those are ordinary links rather than embeds: nothing loads from them until you click, and once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
Emails sent through the contact form are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask us and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it. You can also ask for it in a portable format.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
