Advice from a qualified dietitian
The most expensive supplement is the one you did not need. We would rather you bought the right thing than the most things.
Our in-store dietitian can talk through what you are trying to achieve, what you are already taking, and where the gaps genuinely are. That includes telling you when a supplement is not the answer.
Bring the bottles you are currently using, or the note your doctor gave you. It makes the conversation far more useful.

Our dietitian offers general nutritional guidance about supplements. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new.

A large share of our orders now come through Wolt, and our full shelf is listed there — not a cut-down selection.

Our store is in Limassol, but you do not have to be. We send orders to every district in Cyprus.
